If your order has not arrived in a timely please contact us ASAP for tracking details as otherwise if too much time has passed then we cannot trace it, and therefore can not be responsible for order delivery.
Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the
estimated delivery times provided, estimated ship times may change due
to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your
Product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please
contact us here. If 2 business days for Express Post, and 7 business
days for Fastway Couriers, have past then please contact ASAP for
tracking details. Delays past these times can affect tracking. We can
not be responsible for tracking parcels well past the delivery date (30 days plus).
Any undeliverable returns to Makeup and Glow will be at the shipping expense of the customer if this is due to the courier receiving no response to cards left, or inability to access the address, after attempts to contact the customer. Please ensure the correct and suitable delivery address is used in order for the courier to access a mail box or business address.
Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.

RETURNS
If you find that the goods were damaged in transit or were faulty in
some manner, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
We will organise for the return of the goods and the same product to be
re-sent, or a store credit for that purchase. Please note conditions as per above in
RED WRITING
If you have
changed your mind on a product that has NOT been used or open then you may
contact us for a store credit minus shipping costs and 10% restocking fee, and MUST be
returned to us in with all original packaging within 7 days.
There are no returns or refunds when changing your mind on sale or clearance items.
It is strongly suggested that you are sure about your skin type before
ordering as products that have been used cannot be returned. If you are
in anyway unsure about your skin type then please contact our customer
service via email or phone prior to ordering.
If you wish to return items that have NOT been used then you have 7
days to return your item. These items must be received back in the same
condition as you received them and you must contact us prior to
returning products for our approval. Any refunds will be less shipping costs. If you have found that you have had an allergy or
irritation to any of our products then please contact us immediately to
discuss.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If you
received your order on free shipping terms, and returning this item
reduces your order that makes you subject to a shipping fee, and this shipping fee will also be deducted from your order.
Products Damaged in Transit
All orders are delivered by Australia Post and Fastway Couriers and
they will endeavor to supply you with the product you have ordered from
us in the condition that the goods were dispatched. However on occasion
goods are damaged in transit to you. If this occurs, please either
email us
or call our customer service team. We will supply you with a
replacement product or store credit as per conditions followed with method of shipping. This must be done within 24 hours of you
receiving the product.
Faulty Products
Makeup and Glow is proud to offer our customers quality products. We
will endeavor to supply you with product you have ordered in good
condition. However, on occasion goods that are sealed
may be faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect from our suppliers.
If this occurs please either
email us or contact our Customer Service Team within 24 hrs. We will supply you with a replacement product or store credit.
