Author: veronica chanthavong (veronicarino@hotmail.com) Lavender is pretty strong in fragance, it says it dries matt, but i think it dries more dewy, and feels a little sticky, you would have to apply powder over it one more time if you want it quite matt, It definately holds your makeup in place, so not a bad product if you want lasting and smudge proof power
