A note about samples!
We offer samples to our customers who would like to test shades/products before committing to the full size. As we are not supplied samples from any of our suppliers we purchase all the products and containers and pay staff to package these as a convenience to our customers. All samples should have enough product for one application. In some instances you will find that some samples have enough for multiple applications but generally the guide is for one. Lip tars and Face Atelier Façade can often have repeat applications due to the high pigmentation so please note you only need a teeny tiny amount to get full results of these products. Other products are also highly pigmented and/or concentrated so whilst it may not look like much product it will in fact be accurate for an application. We try to accurately sample the required amount so customers know how much is needed for use on their clients/themselves and this also indicates how many applications can be attained from the full size version of the sampled products. We ask that are customers limit the amount of samples to ‘3 per product’ as stated on the website as many multiple orders can result in leakage in transit. When an over quantity of samples are ordered we unfortunately cannot be responsible for leakage. We hope you are happy with your samples and find use for the empty containers that are also available via the website for purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your samples please contact us immediately 
